Mango Seed Butter is super nourishing and a natural emollient because it is rich in vitamins A, C, and E. Mango Butter is a great moisturizer for all skin types, but especially mature, dry or sun-damaged skin. It adds softness, elasticity and shine to your hair.
Shea Butter is an “intense” moisturizer, that has plenty of benefits for skin and hair. One of the most popular and well known body butters, Shea Butter is high in vitamins A, E and F, provides Collagen (to assist in prevention of skin aging & wrinkles), and contains essential and beneficial fatty acids.Another fact about shea butter is that, like other butters, forms a natural barrier on the skin and scalp to keep moisture in.
Cocoa Butter will help you keep your hair healthy and soft. It has healing and softening properties that will make your hair healthy and shiny. Cocoa butter is also a natural emollient, a moisturizer, packed with short-chain fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, that can nourish both the skin and your scalp, helping with the general health of the follicles. Also, it smells delicious!

How To Use Our Shampoo Bars
- 1. Wet your hair thoroughly
- 2. Rub the bar directly on your scalp or rub it, first, between your hands and apply the lather created.
- 3. Massage your scalp gently. Make sure you did not miss any area.
- 4. Rinse well!
- 5. Repeat if desired.
- 6. You can apply an ACV or lemon vinegar after the shampoo. If so, apply, wait a minute or two and rinse well.
More TIPS on how to use a Shampoo Bar
- 1. Be patient. Good things require hard work.
- 2. Don’t apply your shampoo bar directly on your scalp.
- 3. A shower filter might help fight hard water.
- 4. Do more ACVs/Lemon rinses at the beginning. Slowly reduce.
- 5. Doing the vinegar rinse before the shampooing might help.
Some people experience a transition period and some don’t. It depends on your body only. In some cases it can be six months, but hey! It’s definitely worth it.
You’ll be surprised, but you’ll notice that most of our products contain Coconut oil and this is why our shampoos and soaps foam so well! It’s an all natural ingredient that makes magic! The coconut-free products contain other natural ingredients like Babassu oil that replaces very well the coconut oil benefits.
Our products last as long as six months! It’s a lot considering there are no preservatives other than vitamin E in our products. All natural liquid products last only 2 weeks, but since our products are solid they last longer! Cool, ey?
Saponification is a process that involves conversion of fat or oil into soap and alcohol by the action of heat in the presence of aqueous alkali (e.g. NaOH or lye).
In all ready soaps, as in Made With Nature soaps, the chemical reaction of making soap, called saponification, is complete and finished. When the soap departs our premises, the lye and oil molecules have completely combined and chemically changed into soap and glycerine. This means that the lye is used up in the saponification process to turn oil into soap.
There is no lye present in the finished bars of soap or shampoo. While all real soap must be made with lye, no lye remains in the finished product after the saponification process has ended.
Some of our products are vegan and some are not. The animal-derived products we may use are goat milk, yogurt, honey, eggs and beeswax. Our soaps contain no animal fats. Always look for the symbol on our packaging and on the product pages of our website to find vegan products.
That depends on your hair type and preferences. We do not recommend conditioners, especially while using our products since they provide excellent hydration. We do recommend, though, apple cider vinegar rinses (ACVs) or lemon rinses instead!
ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) is a perfect solution for hard water and soap. If you find your hair heavy and “sticky” while showering, mix 2 parts water and 1 part organic ACV and leave it on your hair for 30 seconds to one minute. This helps condition your scalp, fight dandruff and hard water.Lemon rinses are similar to ACVs only they are lemons! This time mix two parts water with one part lemon juice. Some people find the smell nicer to lemons. Note: Each person should make some trial and error and find our what proportions are best for his/her scalp.
